Through careful and confidential communication, we also provide you with a full understanding of the nature of the attorney-client relationship, including what the client reasonably can expect from the lawyer and what the lawyer reasonably can expect from the client, from the beginning of your claim or legal matter through its conclusion.
Each client at Pacia & Pacia, LLP receives a Client’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities and is fully informed on the status of his or her case at all times. Telephone calls are returned promptly. When you call the office, you do not get a recording, you get a real person – either a lawyer who will address your legal concerns or a paralegal who can handle routine matters.. We remain open during lunchtime to accommodate clients who are working and cannot call their working hours.
